• AD ON Co., Ltd. is pleased to provide a warranty against damage to products within the warranty period, under the following terms 
      (The product warranty period is shown on the sticker attached to the product)
      – If damage is caused by our delivery, the company will replace parts free of charge, including labor, service, shipping and parts
      – The company has spare products available while yours is being repaired. Please notify us 2 days in advance if needed
      – Damaged parts will be repaired within 3 days, or within the period agreed when the item is sent for repair
      – At its discretion, the company may repair, replace or modify other interchangeable parts. Replaced parts become the property of AD ON Co., Ltd.
    • AD ON Co., Ltd. does not warrant product damage under the following conditions
      – Defects or damage caused by natural events, normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of care, improper use, outdoor use, or modifying any equipment from its original standard, or by negligence or failure to follow the user manual supplied with the product
      – Lighting equipment (such as bulbs) is not covered after the product has been demonstrated and delivered
    • If a repair is not covered by the warranty, the company will charge as follows
      – Labor: free
      – Parts: at actual cost
      – Pickup and delivery: 1,000 THB per trip (if applicable). The 1,000 THB fee is waived if the customer drops off and collects the product themselves

    ​ • Frame and bag: 1-year warranty​ Manufacturing defects only; free repair including labor and parts
    *** Does not cover damage from improper use, user error or accidents​

    • Fabric print: 1-year warranty against manufacturing and sewing defects, such as fabric tearing at the seams or broken zippers
    *** Does not cover tears from punctures, snags or cuts​

    • 1-year warranty against color fading​ (keep out of direct sunlight)​
    *** Outdoor or windy use is not covered

    • 1-year warranty against connector push buttons coming loose or going missing​, replaced free

    If the damage is not covered by the warranty or the warranty has expired, parts are charged for repairs, while service and delivery are free
