• Structural materials: AD ON manufactures almost all of its products in-house. Only a few products, such as the Evo tube Backdrop frame, are imported from China, and even then we select the strongest, most durable and most practical Chinese frames, which are thicker than typical materials on the market. • We also make our own frames, such as the Pop Up backdrop with a magnetic snap-fit system, so you don't waste time aligning graphics as with the generic Chinese pop-ups on the market. It is stronger, easier to install, and certainly gives your brand a more premium image. (With images)
• Print materials: AD ON uses premium print materials not commonly sold on the market, all imported from abroad. For example, all our fabrics are 100% polyester, carefully selected at a high cost. The sublimation paper used for fabric printing is top-quality European paper, and for inkjet we choose high-quality PET materials and premium-grade PVC stickers, which last longer than typical materials on the market.

• Artwork Validation: Artwork checking service, proofing text, sharpness, and dimensions for review before every production run at no extra cost
• Color Matching: Print color matching service to match the customer's desired colors on the actual material; we adjust colors by comparing on the real material to get as close as possible to the color the customer wants
• Color Proofing: Color proof printing on the actual material: the overall artwork is printed on the customer's chosen material and sent to the firm for checking before final production. We provide standard color values of 0% and 10%, or other values as the customer requires, at no cost
• Reprint Pick Up: Free frame pick-up from customers to measure for reprints, whether the frame is from AD ON or one the customer already owns
• Delivery: Delivery and installation service, with training on installation, use, and proper storage. First booth installation is free in Bangkok and vicinity when ordering a complete new booth set from AD ON; upcountry locations incur extra charges based on distance

3. Modern Production Technology

AD ON uses modern printing and production technology

• Inkjet printers: AD ON uses the Epson S 80670 printer with genuine Eco-Solvent ink. It is environmentally friendly, with long-lasting, vivid colors true to the artwork file, and more resistant to water, sun, and rain than ordinary ink. It also costs more than standard ink, so you can be sure the prints will be clearly different from others.
• Fabric printers: AD ON uses Dye Sublimation printing, both Paper Transfer and Direct Print

The print heads used are DX-5 print heads, which offer

Precise ink jetting – resolution up to 1440 dpi. They may be slower than newer print heads, but on close inspection they are sharper and more detailed, producing vivid, crisp colors true to the artwork file.

In addition, the RIP we use to send print files is a genuine European RIP that reads files accurately and prints at the same resolution as the files received, with no color distortion.

• ICC PROFILE COLOR MANAGEMENT is a technology from the USA that helps set up colors for each material, creating suitable color profiles for true-to-life color and matching the file to the material by clearly defining profiles. Importantly, AD ON does this in-house rather than hiring technicians, so for customers who are very particular about their brand logo colors, we can set the colors to be close or identical. • CNC cutting machines for fabric and inkjet: we use high-precision cutters with cutting dimensions set to follow the lines we define in the machine, guaranteeing that every piece meets the standard.
